Personal training programs are held at Mountain Fitness Training Center unless other arrangements are made. You’ll use medicine balls, plyometric boxes, body bars, free weights, body weight and exercise bands to keep you moving, even in your everyday activities. And if you want to purchase equipment, contact Peggy first to determine your needs and the appropriate weight.
